The minimum system requirements are as follows.

Game operation problems

Nothing appears on the game screen

This happens when Flash Player is not installed.

The game does not progress past NowLoading

This happens when Flash Player is out of date.
It is easy to update. Please use[this link]to download it.

I can register, but the screen turns blank after logging in

This can happen in Internet Explorer 5.5 or earlier, among other browsers.
Updating your browser to the latest version resolves the problem.

The game runs slowly

The upper-right corner of the login screen shows the fps (processing speed).
The normal value is 30. If it is much lower, try the following.

1) Close other applications
Running other applications at the same time can make the game extremely slow.
Closing them helps the game run more smoothly.

2) Try another browser
Using Internet Explorer on Windows or Safari on Macintosh
provides the fastest game performance.
If you use a different browser, switching to the browser above will make the game faster.

After registering, I see “Unable to read data”

Logging in again resolves this in most cases.
If it keeps happening, check the following.

1) Cookies are not being saved correctly
Set your cookie preferences to “Accept all.”

2) Merchant Story 3 is also running on another site
Running multiple instances at once can cause problems in some browsers.

3) You pressed the browser’s Back or Refresh button
Do not use these browser buttons while playing.
Navigate using the buttons inside the game instead.

BGM problems

No music plays

If your computer can play MIDI but no music plays, check the following.

1) A plug-in is missing
On Windows, with Internet Explorer or the latest version of Opera,
music plays without a special plug-in, so you can try accessing the game with one of these browsers.

2) JavaScript is disabled
MIDI playback uses JavaScript,
so music will not play if JavaScript is disabled.
