When Will My Goods Sell?

Cloth Clothes or Leather Gloves should start selling roughly 15–30 minutes after you put them on display.
They will not sell instantly, so do not rush; wait patiently.

Checking Shop Sales

Check Whether a Sales Report Is Available

In the main menu, select “My shop”, then open the submenu “Status” to view your shop's Management Report.
Your assistant will also let you know when there are new sales. If you see a message like the one above, press the button at the bottom left: (Sales Report) to receive your sales report. Tip: Until you receive the sales report, your money will not increase and your sales will not count toward the rankings.

What the Sales Report Shows

The sales report replays visits by customers (virtual residents and other players) who actually came to shop.
Remember that virtual residents visit because they have something they want to buy.
To run a shop, you need to keep enough goods on display.
If you sell out during business, customers who arrive later will leave looking unhappy.
(However, it is fine for goods sold individually, such as equipment, to sell out during business.)

The sales report shows information on taxes and points as well as sales.

Checking the Rankings

In the main menu, select “My shop”, then open the submenu “Rankings” to view the rankings.
You can view both your town's rankings and the rankings for the entire world. Tip: Players near the top of the rankings at settlement receive more experience at that settlement.
